About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Controls Lead to join the team in Dublin on a really exciting portfolio of Data Centre projects across Europe. In this role you will

▪ Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively

▪ Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions

▪ Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners

▪ Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that they are always observed

▪ Ensure successful execution of projects portfolio

▪ Development and monitoring of detailed EPC construction schedules

▪ Monitoring internal validation and gateway sign-off process

▪ Prepare and review reporting dashboards across the portfolio

▪ Working with team members to ensure risk management and change control procedures are implemented and followed

▪ Attending site meetings as required although the role is predominantly remote based working out of one of our offices

▪ Ensure the production of weekly /monthly reports are completed on-time and in compliance with client requirements

We would welcome your application if you have:

▪ A relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/ Engineering, Architecture or Surveying

▪ Experience ideally within a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role but others will be considered

▪ Experience in Data Centre projects required

▪ Excellent leadership skills

▪ A high level of reporting skills

▪ Are proficient in preparing and analysing construction programmes

▪ Experience in contract administration (NEC & FIDIC preferred)

▪ Excellent communication and computer skills

▪ A shrewd precise eye for detail

▪ Are a motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile
