About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to deliver accurate monthly management accounts, maintain balance sheet integrity, and support payroll, cashflow, and financial reporting. You will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, multi-entity reporting, and system upgrades, providing essential insights to support decision-making by the CFO.

Ideally you will posses the following traits but is not restricted to:

▪ Relevant qualification in Accountancy.

▪ 5-10 years' experience.

▪ Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role.

▪ Strong month-end close, balance sheet reconciliation, and financial reporting experience.

▪ Proficient in Sage (multi-currency/multi-entity desirable) and advanced excel skills.

▪ Experience with payroll accounting, accruals, and staff cost analysis.

▪ Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work to tight deadlines.

▪ Excellent communication skills for collaboration across finance and operational teams.
